Kindergarten Registration
If your child will be 5 before September 1, he/she can be registered for kindergarten. To register, parents must come to the school building with the following:
2 Proofs of Guardian's Address (Gas, Light, Water Bill, etc.)
Guardian's Photo ID with Current Address
Child's Original Birth Certificate
When registering, the required documents should reflect the person who is filling out the forms. At registration more information will be given about a Kindergarten Orientation. Forms for Medical, Dental, and Eye Exam will be given at registration and should be returned prior to the start of school.
Pre-K Enrollment

Children entering Pre-K must be 4 years old by September 1st of the enrolling year. You may register your child online at chicagoearlylearning.org and early registration is encouraged. Applicants must be ready to provide the following:
Proof of Residence
Child's Original Birth Certificate
Proof of Income
Medical & Dental Exams required before 1st day of attendance
